I live in Kent but was looking for flowers for my manager who lives in Romford for her 40th birthday during Lockdown and I was recommended Tracy’s by a friend and I am not disappointed at all, the ordering online was quick and easy with lots of choice, delivery was made in the morning of her birthday and everything was smooth and professional I would definitely recommend and use Tracy’s again in the future. Thank you so much
Beautiful flowers thank you!! First time using but really pleased with flowers and customer service.
Friendly with excellent service. I asked for same day delivery as advertised on the Flowers by Tracy website but when i called on the phone, due to high demand they weren't able to offer this but offered a next-day delivery slot which was fine. I received a text from my friend who the flowers were for only a few hours later saying she'd received them and how lovely they were, really impressed, thank you.
Very happy with the condition of the flowers the way they were arranged. Would definitely recommend purchasing flowers from here.
