Very upsetting experience when buying funeral flowers from Flowers by SP. Funeral Director was shocked by the banner attached. Flowers themselves were nice, but follow-up customer service was again upsetting. I cannot recommend at all. I wonder if this review will be posted as all the others seem positive, but I found this to be a very bad experience which was not resolved to my satisfaction. Sorry Sally.
