I have ordered several times from Ingrid over the last year. My immediate family and I live in Cumbria and the rest of the family lives in Somerset or Devon. Ingrid couldn't have been more helpful (and honestly sympathetic) on each occasion. The flowers were absolutely beautiful - she would take photos of the bouquets and WhatsApp them to me, which was a comfort to my parents in Cumbria as they could see what their family members would be receiving and would allow them to feel personally connected at times when personal connections were extremely challenging but especially vital. This is the BEST flower shop in The South West of England. If i could give them a medal i would. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable with all their products. They deliver too and add that extra touch to your order. They always personalize the services each time we use them. They are simply the BEST never let us down. Their prices reflect the service and product. Even the cheapest bouquet still looks a million dollars.
