FlowerHub work super hard to ensure that their clients and customers are taken care of. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues that you may experience and work hard to resolve it quickly and with the least amount of hassle to the customer or client. They make purchasing flowers super easy and convenient and without any fuss. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have on their live chat messenger portal. It would be beneficial for me if they had the option, when ordering online, to collect an order at a later day and time. I would love it if this was an option. As a wholesaler to a retail florist these guy's go above and beyond! I have been using flowerhub since 2014 and cannot fault them, Their customer service is brilliant, flower quality is outstanding (and if there are any problems with the product, getting a credit is easy and hassle free). Down to the packing of the boxes and the friendly delivery team who have my flower's on my doorstep before i even open for the day makes these guys my preferred main supplier. They were a absolute dream to work with over the Covid craziness, they stay on top of the trends and bring in products that are popular and keep you up to date with weekly videos of what's happening in the industry. We really appreciate all that they do for us... Thanks flower hub, you guys rock!
