Having been a florist myself I really do appreciate flowers. And Flowergirl have just delivered me a beautiful vase bouquet. The flowers are all fresh, tight budded and beautifully arranged. I am appalled to learn that one of your staff verbally abused a person with a hidden disability, wearing a sunflower lanyard, as they are unable to wear a fee mask. She accused her of 'buying' the mask to break the rules. I can assure you that the sunflower lanyard is recognised as a symbol of a hidden disability and that some people, myself included are exempt from wearing masks. You should investigate this act of discrimination, bullying, and abuse, and provide further training for all of your staff. I certainly would not order anything from this chain in the light of what I have learned.
