Good coaches but dishonest and try to steal your money.

I love this place! The coaches are skilled, dynamic and very experienced! Not only that but the atmosphere that they incorporate is\family style\ with a TEAM first attitude which results with all the high ranking members and more experienced students working together to ensure a great learning environment and to ensure safe quality training! I highly recommend North Texas Mixed Martial Arts! You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, this academy is less moral than they should be. Definitely recommend other facilities to get true martial arts training. One must learn mentally and physically how to be practice martial arts.

Great coaches. Professor Matt is great with the kids and adults of all skill levels. Top notch facility. Would recommend to everyone.

Took my son there for a year. Instructors are very nice as most reviewers commented. The price was great at the time and my son could go almost every week day. The only part I don't like (most places are like this) is the belt award ceremony. Several kids (including my own) did not have the moves down properly but still received their next level belt. I prefer to have him earn his belt for what he knows. I did not ever see a child denied his/her belt for not knowing the proper techniques. I know this is to build self esteem but it seems like a false accomplishment. I'm sure when they get much older they have to master the moves in order to move up. As long as you know what to expect I would say this is a fine training center.
