S B , sometimes in life all businesses come across customers they will never keep happy, appreciate your feedback SB. I have been trading for 25 years and find it difficult to read negative reviews and serve said customer a week later, we obviously are doing something right for you to return, feel free to find another florist for your future orders. If you want Champagne flowers for lemonade money I suggest avoiding professional florists in future and maybe try doing it yourself, if you have issue with this feel free to contact me I know you have my number !!
Hmmm.. First time use, but afraid it's my last. Flowers arrived and was full of fillers like 3 bunches of chrysanthemums. Then1 iris, 1 lily, 1 Rose and 1 carnation 30!!! Honestly it would have been a 15 bunch from either Tesco or morrisons. I had to use as Rainbow florist was shut. Very dissatisfied
