Received a bouquet of flowers through interflora today. Very disappointed. Three stems of tiny pink roses that were well past their best, brown and drooping. Two stems of lilies and a few bits of green fillers. If this equates to a bouquet then it’s appalling ! They were a gift. Had they not been then I would have driven to the shop and asked for my money back. Who ever put this together should be given notice to quit.
