I normally do not write reviews but wanted to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with Flow Acura of Wilmington. From start to finish, it was smooth and simple. Everyone was helpful, understanding and made it all so very easy. I would highly recommend going to Flow Acura. I want to also thank Gillian Novello for being such a bright light in my car buying experience. She made me feel very comfortable from the test drive thru signing the paperwork. From the beginning of the process of ending a lease, selecting a new vehicle and beginning a new lease, Mr. Juan Elisea assisted me ever step of the process. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient ever step of the way...It is very important for me to trust the dealership and the salesperson in order for me to buy and/or lease from them. Mr. Elisea certainly made that happen !!!
My family has shopped at Acura for years and now it is my turn. I went to Flow Acura and it was fun from the start. I didn't know where to park and Gillian helped me and we had a great laugh about it. I let her know that I was waiting for my fiance to join, she did not pressure me while he was not there. We talked and got to know one another, which many sales people will not do. She is super friendly and wants to get to know her clients. We then test drove 3 vehicles and then she helped us to compare them and truly find the best fit for my lifestyle. During this process she became part of my family, she is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are in the best car for you. She will make sure that you know all about the bells and whistles that comes with your new car she will not let you drive off with out feeling comfortable with your ride. The whole team treated me right they worked so hard to make my deal possible and to make me happy customer and now part of the Acura family. You are all awesome.
Rob Maiers was my sales person. He was with me for nearly a month waiting for me to get out of my lease During that time he was completely focused on my wish to get into my 10th Acura TL(X) on the lot and working with me to negotiate a fair lease price along with the other benefits of the Acura Loyalty Program I was entitled. He was knowledgeable about the Acura products which helped me transition on the new platform. I highly recommend him as a salesman
I recently bought my new vehicle at Flow Acura and had a great buying experience. I shopped around at several luxury vehicle dealers but finally settled with Acura. My salesperson was Cory and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't like high pressure sales and have never liked car shopping in general. At no time did I ever feel pressured or bothered and this is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Cory answered all my questions and gave me his cell phone number in case I had any additional questions. He never called or bothered me and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. Jay, the GM was very nice as well and helped to make the buying experience easy. Finally, Dave the finance guy explained everything clearly and in detail. I would definitely recommend that anybody interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle give Flow Acura a try.
