Great experience! Very positive staff and knowledgeable as well. Had a misunderstanding but it was all cleared up quickly, efficiently and professionally. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who needs help. They speak very comfortably too. Great establishment and im glad I'm with them!

I've been only for 2 appointments so far but they're very kind and fast. If my appointment is at 9:30, i'll be in at 9:30, no wait. Ms. Fountain is a sweetheart and understanding. Thank you!

Dr. Tatini knows what kind of medication really helps with anxiety, panic attacks. She is also very kind, patient. Just ask and make sure none of the meds cause weight gain.

Incompetence doesn't begin to describe this place. As per Google rules, I won't/can't go into details, but please consider looking elsewhere for help...

I was referred here after needing to take FMLA leave, however, my experience has been rather poor. While the employees are polite and professional, I was not able to get the care or individual attention I needed. My first appointment was with someone who apparently will not even be treating me - I was handed off to a different psychiatrist after finishing an assessment. I still haven't spoken directly to the person who will be treating me, but have been communicating through their nurse only. I'm not sure if this person has any idea of what has been going on, and there seems to be major communication issues even between doctors/nurses within this practice. One of the biggest problems with this practice is their refusal to fill out FMLA paperwork directly. Most primary care offices don't have the skills or specialized understanding to fill the forms out correctly, and it has been a nightmare in getting these two offices to communicate properly. Major breakdowns in communication have happened, and it has resulted in so much suffering on my part that I've considered just giving up and stop seeking any further treatment. I would strongly recommend against using this office if you need immediate help, or if you think you might need to take any kind of FMLA leave. In the future, I will never use a psychiatry practice that refuses to fill out FMLA paperwork directly- no one should have to go through this kind of ordeal.

The front office receptionists could be a bit nicer.

After moving from wisconsin to flordia i was pretty worried about finding a new doctor. I cant say enough about Dr. Tatini and her staff. I am so glad that she now has her own practice as well. Never had a doctor actually listen and address my concerns as well as she has. Would recommend to anyone
