I took my Prius there because some warning lights kept coming on. They drove it twice and it never happened again. They drove it 30 miles. Called and told me they could find anything wrong and charged me nothing! How many places would do that? Dealer charges 109.00 just to drive it in the door. They do business the old fashioned way which is a compliment. They replaced my daughter's entire engine and it is running great. Bozie worked at Toyota for years!

I met Bozie some years ago. I was at the gas station next to his shop and needed a jump. Bozie was in the store and came out and ask did I need a jump. I must say he is one cool dude lol. I trust him with my car and the information he gives me check him out!

Sometime last year I spoke to someone at Bozie Lane & they were very professional & polite. Replaced the spark plugs on my husband’s car. However this year I called back for a quote on some repairs that my husband’s car needed, and someone very nastily said, “Ma’am I can stop you right there, I don’t work on Lincoln Cars”. “So I said oh really? Well I thought you did, because we brought this same car there last year, and you changed the spark plugs, so I don’t understand?”. So then he said “well I can do certain things on certain cars... etc”. By that point I had stopped listening, we haven’t been back there since! I don’t appreciate dishonesty, and especially not a nasty vibe/tone on top of that.
