This is a review of cevennes evasion, but it contains a few tips about the via ferrata that starts near Florac: I came here to rent the equipment necessary for the via ferrata nearby. The staff was super friendly and took their time explaining the equipment. Don't come here expecting quick service, though, employees will make time for everyone, which entails a little waiting for your turn. Renting fully compatible equipment will cost 15. The via ferrata: it's very doable. I am not experienced at all and still got through without too much trouble. The first ten meters are super hard, because you need some upper body strength. That almost caused me to quit. One you have cleared the first corner though, there won't be any passages as hard, so don't despair. The first ed\ passage is not actually all that hard, don't skip it. Should you run into trouble, not being able to continue, it might help to have a friend actually do the switching from one cable to another. I.e. you approach the end of the cable you're attached to, hold tight, and your friend does the skip for you. I had great great fun, was exhausted afterwards, but would do it again any time. Just don't be discouraged too early on, you will learn techniques and good practise along the way, even without a guide.

Très bonne organisation, matériel nickel et guide super sympa (raphael). Le canyon était chouette, on en a eu plein les yeux, que ce soit moi ou mes ados.
Très pro!! Que ce soit pour la Via Ferrata, l'accrobranche ou encore le canyoning, rien à dire!! De plus la petite boutique dans le centre ville vend quelques accessoires de pleine nature (rando, spéléo, escalade et VTT).
De vrais professionnels qui connaissent leur métier ,gentillesse, service après-vente garanti..
Équipe super sympa. Canyoning avec Odile. Super guide et lieu superbe.
