This is a fantastic company. I ordered my materials over the phone and they arrived the next day. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and I couldn't believe how good the prices were. I will definitely be using this company again. A1 customer service! Dave Norton, South Shields

A great website, friendly staff and materials at a competitive prices delivered on time.
Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The manager was very rude and was completely unapologetic that the goods were left in the rain. He then went on to say that he would not accept us returning the goods. I have no idea why this company is even remotely successful having experienced their disgusting customer service and poor delivery. I am now stuck with flooring which I cannot and will not use. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
A great place to shop for all your floor needs
Elaine at Flooring Supplies direct is great and really cares about her customers. She takes the time to understand what you need and then help put the order through online. It's great that they also have localised pickup points for products.
