Small open area without any departures & arrivals info, relatively small cabin for passenger to wait for their bus. Temporary open open toilet fasility (poor). All you to rely on help desk for info about your journey and most of the time they are as blind as you are.

A bus terminal near the major tram station (about 3 or 4 blocks). Not the nicest area as we were warned numerous times to be wary of pickpockets, especially after getting off a day long tour. The location is good and is close to a lot of various restaurants.
IF YOU HAVE TO BE IN TIME, PLEASE DON’T TAKE FLIXBUS!!! This company is very no trusty. 80 minutes delayed, yes, 1h20m! Didn’t allowed us to take another bus, or give back the money of the tickets to buy in another company. We lost our international flight and now we probably will have to loose more time making a process because they don’t help with anything. It is very bad bad. So if you don’t want to loose your money and time, you should choose another company or even public transport, because you can trust in the schedule more than this “company”. My bus from Chamonix Mont-Blanc to Geneve (N504 - 16/02/2020) was supposed to leave the bus station at 10:35. We left at 12:00. Almost ONE AND HALF HOUR WAITING at bus station for a simple one and half hour trip. I asked at the bus station information booth and they told me the delays are very frequent for this company. Plus dirty bus and inaccessible call centre. Not a professional company and I definitely never gonna use it's services again and strongly recommend my friends to do not trust their trip plans on such an irresponsible company.
Buses are mostly delayed and some routes are temporary or seasonal. Wifi is no longer provided on board. Most of the bus drivers are clear, kind and helpfull
Easy and cheap
I waited for my Sunday (Aug 23) bus from Annecy at 16:10 to Geneva. After 15 min I called the customer services, they had no idea why it has not arrived. After 30min called customer services again and they still had no idea whether the bus will come and if so, when. When I called the third time, no one picked up the phone. I was heading to Geneva airport. When I later emailed them for a refund, they asked me to provide receipts I used alternative mode of transport. This company is a joke. Dont use it if you need reliable and punctual service. Allow more time or take train.
No toilet, only a few seats indoors. Not the best station to be waiting at! We took a walk to the bridge! Amazing
