Outstanding dealer. Used them for over 15 years, bought several bikes from them and used them for many bikes. They’ve advised me to go to another dealer when it’s been better for me. They did an MOT for me and decided to fail my motorcycle for having ran my tyres to below the legal limit, even though I asked them to change both my tyres before they do the test. I didn’t have to pay for an additional test, but it’s a permanent blemish on the MOT history. I don’t know if they do this to make it look like they are doing something in front of the DVLA, but it’s unprofessional. I’m not impressed! EDIT* To the response below: I purchased the tyres through you, because I knew they needed changed. When I arrived at the shop I asked your colleague to fit the tyres before the test, because it would be an obvious fail. Why would you then do the test and have to re-do it later. I'm sorry, but your response isn't logical.
