I am using an MT 1501 with a matching Receiver RX 1002. The equipments were shared with me by DU1DL who spent a lot of time and efforts to have 2 units. With his precious time he worked on both units and made them operate in ham bands.DU1DL continued to monitor the great performance of these very fine equipments. The exciter SSB 1001 and PA 1501 with RX 1002 worked very well for about 4 months until just last night July 16, 2015, the RX1002 became quiet. The module VCO B 97D2 14063 lost its indicator light. We need help in sourcing for this module. DU1DL has been spending time to make this MT1501 operate as a main stay ham unit in our Club station. We plan to keep this very well designed equipments to keep performing until such time that we can no longer find parts for them.
