We cannot recommend them enough! We went through them for our property purchase in early 2020 and were very impressed with the service. Furthermore, we've recently used them for a property sale & purchase together to once again receive great service from everyone. Kate kept things smooth throughout and maintained regular communication leading to what would usually be a stressful process, a much more bearable one! Charlie and Anita were also incredibly helpful with our sale. We will definitely be coming back to Flint & Cook for future property sales and purchases.

I cannot recommend Flint and Cook enough. We have just purchased our first home through them, so as first buyers are, I especially was very persistent and impatient! Anita was absolutely amazing, she always reassured us that everything was running smoothly and was so lovely to talk to. Anita was the most helpful person throughout the whole process, she always chased and pushed to get us further along and never failed to keep us up to date with what was happening.
