We stopped for a few drinks after a nice bike ride along the canal towpath and then returned for dinner a few days later. Lovely pub with good service and an excellent menu! Large sunny canal side beer garden, food is great and reasonably priced

Wonderful staff & friendly service - Covid guidelines in place with the app to order food & drinks. Lots of room inside & outside the pub too. Best lunch from a delicious menu which was actually hard to choose from as so many favourite dishes on offer. Highly recommended & looking forward to visiting again soon!!
Superb Pies, second time around and they don't disappoint. They are perfect size, lovely pastry and stuffed full of tasty filling. Honestly fabulous value for money and tasty as hell. Try them and prove me wrong!! Also the service is spot on. Great experience.
Fabulous food at a great price. The service was first class, we were three adults and two toddlers aged 14 months. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were extremely professional. A special thank you to Greg the manager, Lara our server, all the staff and chefs. Exceptional! we will be back.
I loved this place. My only negative is there is no rush by the staff, but my husband reminded me I am too used to the city. It was not the wait for food more the chance to order it. The food was amazing and well priced we felt. All of the staff where lovely and on a hot day you could while away more than a few hours right on the canal!
