After a problem, not their fault, with Uber Eats, Fletchers delivered our order and charged us nothing for the food or delivery. Brilliant customer service and great batter.

My wife ordered at lunchtime for a 6-30 delivery as we don’t get home till After 6. We received a phone call from our son at 5-50 saying they had arrived. They were cold , as we hadn’t got home from work my wife rung the shop. He was rude and said that the order time was only a guide and fobbed us off. On arrival at home we checked the receipt and it said delivery time 6-55. Hope other people have a better service, we shan’t be using them again. My wife contacted Just Eat Live Chat and after a few exchanges they informed us that they would refund our money. JASON and the team should take a leaf out of the Just Eat service team regarding customer service and people skills. It wouldn’t let me put a no star rating so the 1 star is flattering. I shall not use or recommend them to anybody. Cheers Fobbed of Customer.
