They scammed me on Ebay. I ordered something with free next day delivery. Sent two emails, no reply. Only when I called they came up with lame excuses. They couldn't deliver since they had nothing in stock. Then why do you offer it next day delivery? Still no refund send.

I always order wood shavings for my guinea pigs. Always extremely fast service and great product!!
I've been told that pigeons are shot in the stables here, purely because the pigeons look for a place to shelter in the cold.
