My family and I have been patients of this surgery for the last 27 years and every day I count my blessings that this so. Yes on the odd occasion the receptionist might be a little stressed but they are humane. Yes you might be offered a telephone call rather than a face to face appointment but if a face to face appointment is required you will get one. I have family in London who can’t get signed up to a doctor and family in Farnborough who have a doctors surgery but the care is quite appalling. So as I say I’m very thankful for the quality of the care my family and I receive.

Turned up 5 minutes early so was told to wait outside as i was early and they would get me. 15 minutes later standing in the rain i came back in fed up of waiting. I was getting a flu jab, probably caught the flu just waiting.
Polite admin staff, lines open at 0800 and only waited 5 minutes to get an appointment for that morning. Pleased with the service.
Phone service could do with some improvement as it takes ages to get through. Have to also wait weeks to get an appointment if you are trying to in advance. Reception staff look a bit grumpy and unhappy. A smile and cheery voice won't hurt.
Steven King had me put on a scheme which meant I have not had a GP for 8 months which could have killed me. Having complained to the health service ombudsman it has finally been lifted. King put me on the list simply because I was asking for too much help. This business is about making money easy nothing more.
