These people do not care. Took a bed away for my OAP Parents and charged them for 2 items as their mattress could be unzipped and made easier for transportation. So Hart charged them for 2 items. They put plastic over them, the men turned up to collect, threw the plastic on the ground and just left it there. My mother had to go and sort it all out on her own as my father isn't well, disgusting. Have emailed regards to this, but no reply.

A simple problem which preceeds CV19, the fix is simple - just a little more care by refuse contractors...I guess if it was a councillors neighbourhood it would actually be sorted out. These are small green areas which residents have made efforts to keep a pleasent amenity & are used by local children for recreation. Just another highlight of the 'good neighbourhood - less affluent neighbourhood divide!
