Bought a Car from Fleet Car Sales (7000 approx) in July 2019. August 2019 Car is off road as trouble accelerating from stopped, intermittently - Car recovered back to retailer, who epaired it\ (said repaired Fuel Injectors). November - Car off road as trouble accelerating again (happened on A road, accelerated to 15mph & stuck there, as I was visiting my mother, who has late stage dementia)- The Retailer couldn't fit car in for repair until after Xmas & I had to drive it there (at 20 MPH on M25 & M3) January 2020 Car epaired\ (I paid towards repair cost of replacing Fuel Filters). (Acceleration fault happened to their mechanic when he drove it home on motorway also during their time of having the vehicle). Mid Feb - Car off road as topped out at 15 MPH on motorway again (going to visit mum, who is now \end-of-Life\) & wouldn't accelerate intermittently when pulling away again. Recovered to retailer. Feb- April (week 9 of being off road at time of writing) - Car at retailer, No end in sight.. No repair... NOW am at home with no car and a dying mum who I am struggling to visit as no transport. THANK GOD for my Finance company (Alphera) who have been really supportive & who are fighting my corner. Dealer was helpful when I was buying - BUT When car developed fault - things changed. AVOID *** Update August 2020. Retailer lost car ( couldnt find to take to Renault) between April-June 2020. June 2020 Renault confirmed major fault with car. Finance co demanded money back - Retailer refused. Finance co gave me my money back and took the car from renault... Fleet Car Sales got away scott Free... AVOID AVOID AVOID
