I really hope Liam is getting the recognition and appreciation that he deserves!! A few months ago I came into Flawless not really knowing or expecting much. Liam is always so attentive, helpful, patient and is very knowledgeable. Now I only get my vape products from here, which was also very handy considering they did both delivery and pick up services during lockdown.

Absolutely brilliant service today. Went in just to have a look but ended up buying two new devices and two liquids. Can’t thank the guy (should’ve got a name so we could give you proper thanks) for helping my other half and I choose a new vape, gave us a brilliant deal and we are so pleased with our new mods! Great team at the shop, always know their stuff and cannot fault their customer service. Despite most other shops shutting down during lockdown, they instead started doing home delivery on their full stock from hardware to liquids. Will be using for years to come!
Flawless. Yep, name checks out. This shop is awesome! So many mods, tanks & flavours to choose from, at good prices too. Very friendly, honest & knowledgeable staff, that quickly helped me to get the set up I was looking for. I purchased the OBS Cube kit, along with a 4ml glass tube & Strazcherry Slush Bucket liquid. It's a bit cloudy where I am at the moment. See you again soon.
