Requested their same day service yesterday and I'm so happy I found this provider. Initially, I hired a different company who did not show up. When I called Flat Pack Mates, I spoke with a customer representative who was very helpful on the phone. Shortly I had a team of three people show up, and they had all the work completed by the end of the workday. I had a lot of furniture to assemble, install, mount to the wall, and I am surprised they managed to do it that fast. Highly recommend anyone in need of home services to contact these guys they do everything!

The company sent two technicians for the appointment. They came on time and started assembling my new bedroom furniture right away. I got my IKEA furniture delivered last Friday morning and called Flat Pack Mates to see if they had availability for the next day. They responded immediately and were at my house at exactly the time I requested. The technician was efficient, affordable & will be our new furniture assembler for all of our projects- including IKEA items! Couldn't be happier! Based on this company's other 5 star reviews, I decided to hire Flat Pack Mates and their team. You send them an IKEA shopping list, technicians go to the store, delivered them to your apartment, and assembled everything in record time. They were extremely patient and diligent. Fantastic IKEA furniture delivery and assembly, and very careful with the items and my walls.
Thanks for doing such a great job in assembling my new bed frame. I was almost embarrassed by how effortlessly the two assemblers managed to put everything together. Will recommend to family and friends.
