I was very lucky indeed to receive a gift box from a friend as a Thank You present. They arrived in perfect condition, I highly recommend and will be purchasing more not just for myself but also as gifts. They are delicious and leave you wanting more. I am beyond thankfully to Amanda from Flapjackery who went above an beyond to provide an outstanding customer service. I initially listed the wrong address as 33 instead of 34 and the delivery driver attempted to delivery and failed. I called and she immediately resent a new order in time for Xmas having made the new change of the 23rd Dec. Many thanks and the flapjacks were incredible apparently. Amazing!

lovely honeycomb pieces with Belgian chocolate, very kind lady at counter. only rated down one star for slightly steep prices but as an independent business it's understandable
