Great flamenco shop, however I paid 145 for a a pair of flamenco shoes which, on their online shop, costs 119.95 for the exact same one. I don't understand why would it cost more...

Excellent flamenco shop, flamenco shoes, flamenco clothes, good quality and a huge variety of flamenco music and flamenco books. Great place for flamenco lovers!!!

I was very disappointed. I went to buy shoes with a couple friends. The woman was friendly, helpful and patient. I bought a pair and used them for three days. The shoes started to fall apart--it appeared they hadn't been sewn correctly. I took them back to the shop. She wasn't sure if the factory would make new ones or simply repair the ones I bought. After two months the shoes finally arrive. Given the amount of time I expected a new pair, but they were simply repaired. They still missed a spot and the two layers are not sewn together. very disappointed with the quality of the shoes-Begona Cervera.

Cannot rely on their web information. I've tried to buy a product at their web(online shopping), and I've paid and received the confirmation . After few days , I've received an email said the item is no longer available to sell , hence refund the money. Well Authought , you refund the money, I've lost 4% of total amount for exchange rate. Totally annoying their business practice , and untrusted company . They have to up to date constantry their web information, if they want to sell product to internationally.

I ordered 5 Set Castanet's cords at this online shop in September , but I received oniy 1 Set. I've been waiting for 3 months, but I have not received 4 Set Castanet's cords yet.
