Lovely restaurant; great ambiance and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The menu is well structured and the wine pairings are thoughtfully put together. I was very impressed on my visit (I dined alone) and will certainly hope to return again soon - congratulations on a job very well done!

After it continues to pop up whenever I’m looking for a restaurant on trip advisor, I had to go. The food is mouthwatering! The meat just melts in the tongue, and the fish was so fully packed with flavors that we just sat there eating in silence! The food is good, but all dishes did not impress as much, as usual.

The best food experience so far! All the flavours, the presentation, the quality of the ingredients, everything!! You just travel to another place ! Even the timing of the food between the main dish and the dessert was perfect. I absolutely recommend to stop here if you are visiting Lyon ! Good job for the chef in the kitchen !!!

Overall the food was good at Flair, however the experience unfortunately did not meet expectations. We were there during the lights festival and they were the only restaurant we went to that increased prices during that time. Additionally the meal seemed rushed and it was the only time in France a check was brought before we asked for one. We were rushed out in under 2 hours. Overall I would say good but not great for the price and atmosphere. Hopefully our experience was just because they were trying to do more seatings during this popular time in Lyon.

Very good place to go for a dinner. Friendly staff and delicious food. The chef is japanese and adds japanese taste to french cuisine. Something definitely worth trying.

We had high hopes for this place but we're sadly disappointed. Slightly uneven service: seated quickly, served amuse bouche immediately but had to ask for water three times... Very pretty food, and nice little Asian touches from the Japanese chef, but most of the dishes never quite took off. The most surprising and enchanting we tried were both starters: a piquillo pepper salad and a pan seared foie gras perfectly matched with blueberries, and remarkably, cauliflower. But both the fish and guinea fowl mains were boring and in the fish's case oversalted and watery. The desserts tried hard but never amounted to much. I wanted to love this place but sadly didn't. The over solicitous staff asking why we'd not finished our plates also made us a little uncomfortable.
