This place is quite unique. There are different shops and services, but it's not what I truly love. Flacon hold fantastic festivals(just look at website and find out). I appeared to visit art-book exhibition and Italian festival. Both events impressed me. Recommend to visit it, even if there aren't any festivals.

Good modern place.
Good Hipstertown. Base for all your Hipterneeds. Frequently used as a spot for festivals and concerts.
So modern, you still can get a snack there, even tea or coffee.
Flacon is a great artistic place but due to the lockdown I haven't been able to experience ot to the full. It looks like an amazing place to hangout at during the summer.
I live next to Flacon. Very cool area indeed.
