In one word Amazing museum ! They have a new Panoramic movie about 14 minutes long about the local Glacier. Museum has lot of interesting and educational content to read. There is also few rooms that are audio and video powered with special effects bringing the story to life. We really enjoyed the visit. There is a stuffed Polar Bear, statue of Mammut out front and also cave made to illustrate what is it like being under glacier. Visit took about 1.5 hours :-) there is a cafe as well.

Went there on a rainy day, expecting nothing. It was a great couple of hours learning more about the fascinating glaciers that have shaped the landscape in this beautiful region of Norway. A decent climate exhibition and an awesome movie; now I am looking forward to revisiting the glaciers live come winter.

The museum is closed during winter time but the place is surrounded by mountains and looked amazing at any time of the year. Moreover, a charger for EL-car is available.

We spent a very nice afternoon in the museum. It's for adults and also for kids very interesting. You will learn there all you should know about glaciers. There was a special screening about our Austrian famous mummy Ötzi. See the global warming multi media show, too. It's real good.

Incredible film of the glacier. It was projected in 15k resolution on super-wide curved canvas. Definitely a must see!!

The museum is interesting with a great video about the glacier of the area. Many things can be learnt there about glaciers and their characteristics. Recommended especially for families.
