Ray is extremely professional, personable and very reliable. He has attended to a few of my appliances and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Booked Ray via the his easy to use website at a time that suited us. Ray arrived on time which was a welcome surprise. He promptly reassured us that he knew what the issue was and set about fixing the issue with our fridge. He was polite, professional and told us what he was doing as he was doing it. He quickly got the fridge working again, he went as far as to tell us that next time we could fix it ourselves if we followed his advice, how honest is that! There was no call out charge as we are local and no parts needed so very reasonable repair cost. Like a good mechanic you never stop using, he is now our go to white good repair expert. Goes without saying that he is highly recommended. Thank you Ray.
