We ordered topsoil for delivery to Gainesville. We scheduled a couple weeks out for delivery on the 18th. My husband (an essential worker) had schedule time off to be able to work on our lawn the day and week of delivery. The day of delivery there was no call and no show. We called that day and were told that the shipment was delayed. The following day, we called for an update and my husband was told he’s “just gotta just be patient”. Today, a week past our delivery date, we haven’t heard anything. No update and no communication whatsoever. Understandably, these times are difficult for many businesses and of course extra grace should be extended. All we have asked for is for some communication and an update on our order. It’s very disappointing since we were hoping to recommend this business to our neighbors.
