After trying to learn Five Element Acupuncture in the past and having been knocked off course, I had resigned my thoughts about being able to learn again. I couldn't find a course that was suitable for me and my circumstances, being that I couldn't travel far from London and I couldn't commit to too many days due to my own busy work schedule. Years passed and whilst I was enjoying life, I felt like I wasn't giving my gift to the world and that I was disconnected from something that I used to love, but could not remember what it was. The day I was accepted onto an MA course in Traditional Art was the day I found out about Gabriella and Michael's clinic, and my heart leapt for joy in my chest. Not only was there the exciting and relieving prospect of being able to complete my training as a 5E Acupuncturist again, but it was with two of the kindest and loveliest people I'd met when I was first starting out. From that moment on, I knew there was nothing else for me to do, the following week after an interview with Michael I gratefully turned down my MA position and committed myself to the journey of a lifetime. It's now nearly eight months into the course and I haven't looked back once, I feel like I have grown into myself more and am blasting through all the things in life that once held me back. This is only possible due to the great care that both Gabriella and Michael provide as teachers and facilitators of this great journey, the atmosphere and the environment of the school is both professional and natural, and the content of the course itself helps one to come out of the mind and into the senses, where all the great work is done. I'm very thankful to Gabriella and Michael for opening this school and allowing the fire of this great tradition to be passed on. I have recently received my Lic.Ac from this college. I feel I have learnt so much and yet my learning is only just beginning. Which is a wonderful prospect. I have felt supported, valued and cherished by the amazing tutors throughout my learning. Both Gabriella and Michael are passionate and dedicated five element practitioners. Their deep understanding of this wonderful system of medicine makes this course a joy. Echoing Jack I would say if you’re interested in training come and see for yourself what a great course this is.
