Great shop. I found them looking at internet and by far they have all the stock and good prices that you can find out in their website. Easy to park in front and the customer service is excellent!

Have been buying from these guys since I started photography in 2004. They've always been super helpful, prices are always good and the range they stock is amazing. My credit card has had many a solid work out here!

These guys are simply amazing. They have a great range of photographic supplies, some of which are hard to find elsewhere in Australia. I ordered online and they promptly packaged it and sent it on its way. Their prices are very reasonable.

Where to start. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but here I just cannot be quite. When I got home and unrolled my film I was welcomed by shocking finding that 1/2 of my film had a linear scratch across... Half of my photos ruined! I'm furious. When I dropped my film off I clearly stated that I'd like it cut and sleeved, which didn't happen. Then hey offer to do it there and then, stating it will be 10 min, after 5 min they come back and say it's gonna be 5. At which point I had enough and just asked them to return my film. There is 50% chance you'll get someone that knows what they are talking about and can 'properly' assist you, the other half is confused (not to use any stronger adjectives). Furthermore, in general everything is slow. Paperwork takes forever. I believe they use some form of software late 90s/ early 2000s to process their payments and put orders through. Overall vibe comes as disinterested' from their staff, as if they don't want you there...cannot be bothered to serve you properly. And they come across generally paranoid... If you ask them to test a lens or camera they look at you surprise, worried and frankly lazy to do it. I tried to take a film from the fridge the first time I visited the shop, this one guy came down running to stop me because stuff can only do that. His reaction was of the magnitude as if I tried to open their cash register. The whole experience is just poor. Won't be going back there, that's for sure.

Absolutely horrible experience. Getting yelled at by a rude store worker is the last thing you want when you make the devastating mistake of exposing your film roll to light. Especially when the store person did not clearly tell you that the film was in this container. This employee's negligence ruined important photos and his reaction was appalling.
