I popped to the Littlehampton Surgery on the morning of Thursday 11th June. I realise at the moment the importance of social distancing, cross contamination/infection. After receiving a reminder text and checking out your home page, also being at the Surgery only a few weeks earlier, I decided to go in person to collect my pets medications. On arrival both the front doors were wide open with no instructions to wait or what to do. I stood by the doorway as I could see a lady by the desk and said “hello”. This was well within 2 meters and nothing was touched (as the doors are open)! She then shouted at the top of her voice “Get Out, Just Get Out”! I turned around surprised by the outburst, to wait in the car park only to see another lady run and slam the door shut. I realise, as I said earlier we are in difficult times. Maybe changing your home page regarding information, also on the reminder texts you send could be a bit more informative. This all may be a cost issue for which I understand, however good manners, cost nothing!!!!

Horrible vet I have a 6 month old bichon puppy he started getting tummy issues they were really rude to me like today he threw up five times he hasn't eaten he has been making crying noises and the lady just sighed rudly and hung up not professional at all
