The best place to train in Greenwich! A unique facility which offers services that cannot be found elsewhere. I highly encourage anyone to pop in and check it out. You'll be very impressed by the high quality and professionalism of the entire outfit! I look forward to seeing them expand their branches soon!

First PT session at new fitness place in Greenwich. Never seen anything like it before! Everything I needed to train was in one place! No waiting for equipment, no crowds. Best training session ever! Will be a regular visit

Revolutionary for the fitness industry! Really cool booths and studio with so much equipment. I love being able to try new things without the gym intimidation and there is always whatever equipment I wish to use available! Thanks for creating an awesome space and being super friendly too. I've been training with PT called Ray Chan, for the past couple months. Sometimes these things can feel very transactional, but Ray just makes you feel like his your friend, supporting you and challenging you to be your best you.
