Absolutely excellent service! I had a chimney liner replaced by Fitstove. Throughout, there was great communication from Steve and they kept their promise time wise arriving spot on time on the appointed day and finishing the task in a couple of hours in horrendous weather! The job was completed perfectly, in a tidy manner and the stove is now working beautifully. The guys were experienced, hard working and pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had a great experience with Steve from start to finish. When he first came out to give the quote, he outlined exactly what needed to be done and even gave impartial advice on which stove would suit us best. Prior to the log burner installation, he kept in touch and informed me when he would be arriving and highlighted anything I could do in preparation. During installation, the work was carried out to an exceptional standard by both Steve and his colleague with great attention to detail. Upon completion, the house was left so clean. It seems to get more difficult than ever to find help from someone who is willing to tackle a challenge. Well I found Fitstove and the challenge was tackled with aplomb. Good job.
Our wood burning stove was fitted by Steve and Dave just in time for Christmas. The service was professional and smooth from survey to installation and at a very reasonable price. Steve was responsive with advice and there was minimal disruption. We are warm.....the dog is happy. And we realise that the logs should not be next to the stove and have removed them !
