For me, it's perfect for my needs! It's 24 hours, 7 days a week, after midnight music isn't as loud as during the days (which I find overwhelming so this makes me happy!) I can't comment on classes, I haven't been to one yet but they do run weekly, there is a sauna which is big enough for the clinete, cardio machines and a good selection of weights. Clean, and does job! Furthermore, they are actively improving it - since I have started a few months back they now have a vending machine. Personal trainers are also available, at a cost, should you require them :) Thanks for the past few months!

Best ladies only gym I've visited. I've been to others in the past that have only been a small room with cardio kit and a few leg machines. Here has a selection of free weights, smith machine, a variety of resistant to train all of the body. Classes and personal training is available with the friendly instructor on site
Great atmosphere, friendly staff that encourage, motivate and support you.
Good gym for ladies
