Appalling service, signed up for a 3 day pass and only got to use one day. Receptionist at 06:05am 5/02/20 (management please train this member of staff if you care about the reputation of your gym) said it only one day when the previous day I was ensured by Liam in membership that it was for 3 days. It wasn’t busy in the morning and I even tried an off peak time and was refused. Very grateful that I didn’t sign up to the contract, shocked by such poor service from this branded gym. Warning to students: Don’t fall for the 3-day pass trial, they will just want you to sign up on first day and take your money.
This gym is the best to Bath standards in terms of both size and quality. However they have worst hours ever , it will be great if they can make it open till midnight.
Very expensive gym with unfriendly staff, it takes months to fix a broken machine.
Staff were friendly as always, and the gym was clean with numerous cleaning pods. The instructions were clear and staff were on hand to answer any concerns. Basically you just have to remember to clean before and after you use the equipment, which you should do any way. The opening times getting longer and the numbers were low when I attended around 8am on a Tuesday morning.
