Fit-Fusion has been great for me personally and Chantell is an amazing fitness trainer. I have been having PT for about 8 weeks and it has made a really positive difference to my physical and mental fitness. Even in these difficult times we are able to train outdoors and I have been using FitFusion which is great. I would highly recommend.

These classes are high energy, high intensity and so much fun, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Vic and Channel are great instructors, we work hard but smile while doing it!
Yoga Trapeze with Fit-Fusion is amazing. The patient, professional coaching I have is second to none & I have achieved so much. I have learnt a new skill (at 54!), have an excellent full body workout each time & it has almost certainly cured a decades long back issue. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Find me a better pair of professionals that absolutely smash what they do! These guys are amazing! They put their life into delivering the best classes around, offering something for everything and making whatever they teach, fun along the way. If you're looking for a friendly, encouraging and all round good time when you're working out, whether in a group class or as a one on one basis - look no further.
Highly recommend Fit-fusion, all their classes are of the highest standard. I have been attending their classes for over four years now, at least three times a week. That in itself goes to show how amazing they are! The instructors are extremely professional, friendly, welcoming and have a great atmosphere. You always leave knowing you've had a good workout.
