The fish was cooked to order, and is good quality. The portions size is generous. The only downside is lack of flavour in the batter it could've used a good amount of salt and pepper as well as the greasiness

Fantastic service. Always happy and friendly staff. Never had a bad meal and by far the best chip shop anywhere near the area. Dee the owner makes special effort to welcome customers which creates a really nice atmosphere.

Always used to go here for our chip shop fix, but it's gone down hill lately. The chips have changed for the worse. We tried the burgers as they'd had good reviews, but both my wife and I found them inedible. We threw them away. They had the strangest fish flavour. The deep fried halloumi also went in the bin. I get that it's deep fried cheese, but it was so oily we couldn't eat it. After complaining to the owner, he did offer to cook our meal for us again at some point, but I just can't face eating that again. Last time we'll ever eat from there.
