Had a really good experience when our dog was poorly
Lovely staff , always kind and compassionate. Unfortunately had to have our pet put to sleep but staff amazing and so kind. Only down bit was we were very upset and other people waiting outside to covid restrictions - wasn't nice to be outside with other people when we were so upset - would be nice to have private area to complete paperwork etc.
A friendly team that have both my pets interest and my own forefront. I have and would highly recommend Fishponds Vets to all.
Very good precautions in place ref Covid-19. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
