Lovely place to fish, swims well distanced, on site shop. Good sized fish to put a bend in a rod. Great on site cafe too. All abiding by the rules.

Really good fishery, close to London and very convenient for the M25. Plenty of lakes with lots of different fish sizes for every skill of fishermen. Lakes can get a little overfished, but still a brilliant day out fishing. It also has a cafe, which serves tea, coffee and dinner, and light snacks.
I am new to fishing having only been a handful of times. On my last visit i got 2 double figure carp on the float rod along with tons of bream a few larger roach and my first perch, in Damsel lake. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Well stocked lakes, bait shop and cafe on site, and a beautiful location. I liked it so much i went back with my son same week.
A very friendly atmosphere, everyone's willing to help if you're having a quiet day (which in truth is few and far between). Some of the Ghosts there are stunning and the fish really do give you a good fight. The owner John's a right nice bloke, but make sure you abide the rules and please make sure you do have a license or he'll throw you out, no argument, and good on him.
