45 min wait when I was originally told it would be 20. They did however give me a free drink so the wait wouldn't of been a problem if the food was perfect. The food was just warm, the wrong sauce was put on my kebab and I also found a hair in it. My gf chicken nuggets was also only just warm

It's a shame, we have ordered numerous times and been happy. However the last four times, something as been wrong. We order online and they always get something wrong! For example: 1. We order garlic sauce on both kebabs, one turns up with no sauce. 2. We order a chicken shish and chicken doner combo, and I get a chicken shish and lamb doner! I hate lamb doner. 3. We order two kebabs with garlic sauce and an extra tub of chilli sauce, we get one kebab with garlic sauce the other with chilli sauce and an extra pot of chilli sauce, grrrr. Double check the order guys. Won't be ordering again, sorry.
