During this week when many restaurants were closed due to the weather, Fish & Knife were open and very busy. They were obviously overwhelmed, but customer service was excellent and food was great. They had two sweet ladies taking care of the whole dining room. You have made a new customer and believer out of our family.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is great and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I have been coming to Fish & Knife since they opened and this is my all-time favorite sushi place. In all the years I've been a customer I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fantastic and the staff is super friendly. They are all extremely accommodating of any allergies and even give suggestions for substitutions. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Thank you Fish & Knife!!
