Bright, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have just got myself set back up for fishing and brought a second hand carp rod. When I got it home I couldn't separate the two ends - it wasn't coming apart! - they changed the rod without quibble. Excellent service.

Absolutely terrible shop, bought a rod from there and snapped in the first session. Bought another rod and the pieces were wrong didnt fit together. They then gave me the wrong rod and wont re-fund me money. 130 down the drain.
It's great in there I've had some really good purchases and never had a bad broken or damaged item
