Fish and chips were nice, on the pricier side, no cod available, no scraps on which I asked for, batter a tad soggy but they were nice. Was disappointed that when we arrived we were asked if we had ordered in advance which I hadn't expected we would need to as I've never had to at any other fish and chip shop so had to wait outside in the cold for 15-20 minutes. Staff were loudly talking about how they wished customers would telephone in advance but I didn't see any signs saying they would prefer customers to do that so what did they expect it was Friday tea time of course it was going to be busy for a fish and chip shop especially by the coast

The food is freshly cooked to order , the portions are ample , the fish patty is a must try , with curry sauce on !! We visit when ever we are passing.
