It is a real shame to write this review as I applaud the availability of a safe gluten free option in Chester. However, after months of regular custom I'm so disappointed in the service we receive. Tonight I waited 20 minutes in the cold after having said my name to staff inside. I then checked on the progress and the girl rudely said mine had been ready ages. It was of course cold by then and we didn't get so much as an apology. Previously we've also had missing items on two occasion which we phoned about, only to get a rude response that she would need to speak the manager to refund our payment card - which never happened. Such a shame.

We have high expectations and Weston Grove delivers - even with lock down collection! Moist fish retained in a crisp and tasty batter. This is the test, passed each time. Great chips too. Thanks
Best fish I have ever had, friendly staff
By far the very best Fish and Chips ever. We have been customers for over a year now and every time the food is fantastic, fresh and plentiful. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The online ordering is easy to use. My only regret is we didn't discover these guys sooner. I love that they know where the potatoes and fish have come from, shows a real care and professionalism. We will continue to be customers for many more years.
Absolutely fantastic. Been here many times and it never disappoints. Best fish and chips for miles and miles.
