I would not recommend working for this company. If you genuinely care for the elderly and vulnerable you can find better companies to work for. If you want to be complicit in drug errors, cover ups and providing terrible care for the elderly, you would fit in great at First Col.

The clients were lovely, the company however not a good one to work for...at the interview it was said that the clients get their full half hour or 45 minutes...but the reality is that it is rushed...example start at 7am in tilgate for a 45 minute visit...but am supposed to be in Copthorne at 7.45am..and so the day goes on..many of the workers rough and not thorough...dried poo on clients from previous day not being cleaned...so many workers unable to talk English and lots of drug errors covered up...I would not recommend any friends or family using this service....no I do not work there anymore...I stayed only a few weeks...plus getting paid...a joke and shambles from top to bottom...I feel sorry for the elderly under their care...
