We recently purchased a vortex spa cobalt hydro plus hot tub from first4pools. The whole experience was amazing. Firstly we visited the showroom in bath (beautifully presented) and met Kyle the sales person, he showed us around and had a mountain of knowledge. He listened to what we wanted, and the best thing was, there was no pushy sales! It’s always the most off putting thing, but there was none of that. We decided to go for the spa named above, from the second we said we wanted it, they changed everything around to fit the tub in with our schedule. The site survey was carried out by Brendan who again has so much knowledge, answered all our questions and was just such a lovely genuine person. We had it fitted last Monday, and the whole team came and helped install it. The boss even came in after to check he was happy with it all and check for any imperfections it may of had from being taken off the trailer and through to the garden down a very tight path. It was a perfect installation, and there was not a mark in sight. They stayed and ran through all the chemicals with us and instructions (socially distanced of course) and then left us to it. We have enjoyed the whole experience so so much. It’s the best purchase we have ever made, with having such stressful jobs, there’s nothing quite like forgetting the world in a hot tub. Marvin texts everyday to see how we’re getting on, and we send him pictures of the test and he advises us on what chemicals to add so it’s always perfect. Thank you first4pools, we could never recommend you enough.

I must thank Marvin and his team at First4poolsfor the great job they have done at my place. I had a 40 year old pool that needed complete refurbishment. The advice they gave me was the most important part. Marvin helped through out the project by directing me to have a beautiful pool as you can see.
We called these guys in early December in the hope of getting a Hot Tub for Christmas and they came through in amazing style. Great sales and service, installation team were brilliant, they got it into the garden with ease including removing and refitting a gate to get fit it in. Total professionals and we are loving our new hot tub, would recommend for anyone looking for good service and quality products.
From our first visit to bath and second to cheddar we were looked after by Marv and Laura who were both very knowledgeable and helpful. The tub is amazing and the aftercare was second to none. Malc and the team have been up several times to make sure everything is well. Highly recommended.
I enquired online and Phil got back to me within minutes really attentive and friendly. He passed me contact details on to Marvin who called me within the hour and discussed me through the chemical procedure. Absolutely amazing service during the pandemic. Would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub through this company as the after sales customer care is 10/10! Thanks again, Stu
